By using propxpraman, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palakkad, Kerala.
propxpraman is an information service that generates property intelligence reports based on documents you upload and public records we access. Our reports analyse legal, fraud, land hazard, and investment dimensions of Indian residential and commercial properties.
propxpraman is not a law firm. Our reports are not legal opinions or legal advice. You should consult a qualified property lawyer before making any property transaction. We are not real estate brokers and do not facilitate property purchases. We are not a government authority and do not certify or guarantee title.
We make best efforts to ensure the accuracy of our reports based on publicly available information at the time of analysis. We make no warranty that all information is current, complete, or error-free.
However, if we declare a property "Safe" or equivalent and you can demonstrate within 6 months that we missed a material risk that was discoverable from publicly available records at the time of our analysis, we will refund your report fee in full within 7 days of providing evidence, and reimburse documented legal costs up to ₹50,000.
This guarantee does not apply to risks that emerged after our analysis, risks based on private information unavailable in public records, or property fraud occurring after the report was issued.

All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as provided in section 3 (accuracy guarantee). Reports are typically delivered within the timeframe stated for your tier. Delays due to government portal downtime are outside our control.
The propxpraman platform, software, design, brand, and methodology are our intellectual property. Reports we generate are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not extract, copy, or reverse-engineer our analytical methods.
Beyond the money-back guarantee in section 3, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Termination does not affect already-purchased reports or your accuracy guarantee rights.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Most disputes can be resolved informally — please email grievance@propxpraman.com first. Formal disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Palakkad, Kerala, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
